One UP!
Sometime soon I will move to my own domain address and host. I have always been more intrested in graphics and showing off my art than showing off my life. I will be better with updates and the site will be in Swedish to begin with. I have realized that my flawed english skills makes me annoyed with myself and makes me want to finnish writing as soon as possible. English readers may still appriciate the new site as it will (hopefully) be more graphical.
This won't do, as if I can't even keep myself intrested in what I am writing - then how will I be able to capture the readers?
Stay tuned and I will come back with more updates on this matter.
Unexplored Area: Billeberga
"I think this is a restricted area..."
"Who cares? They're gonna run after us?"

Well. The only thing we was looking for was a decent fishing spot. There aren't alot of them around here in South Sweden. In the end we never found one. The terrain was too rough and the only place that could had been decent was this place. Though it might be a bit too swiftly-flowing water for our fishing poles. And I don't think we're going back there any time soon. It was just too hard to get there. Sadly. It might be the most beautiful part of Billeberga. Too bad it's hidden and hard to get to.

David belives it's a part of an old Water Power Plant that's not being used anymore. The water was really warm, it made me wish I could take a swim. Of course I didn't. Wouldn't be possible in those currents. But we could at least soak our hands.

We sat on top of that rocky part of the old power plant for a while. Gathering our strenght again for the walk home. Smoke some cigarettes. Wishing we do bought some cake and soda for the trip. But well, we will remember to do that next time instead.
Anyway, I'm happy that I got to see this part of Billeberga. I always thought this place was boring and hardly beautiful, except from all the flowers and blooming trees. Even though my brother, Hannes and Lina really likes this place I have had a hard time liking it. Until today. I hope I'll find more places as beautiful as this one.
Better luck next time finding a decent fishing spot though.
Happiness
I have a wonderful man by my side. We live in a small apartment, we don't have much money, we can't travel the world. But who cares? A couple of years ago all I wanted was to get a great job with a fat salary check each month. After these past six months that have been quite rough on me, I have learned to appriciate the small things. I haven't been able to do much other than wait. Wait. Wait. Waiting for better times to come?
I have come to realize that I wouldn't trade this life for anything. And that's because that special sombody is always by my side. Telling me the wrong things when he tries to encourage me, so I always get mad instead. But well, I like it. Because he is doing his best. Because he is telling me the truth. He doesn't spoil me, still he cares. I wouldn't want it any other way. In the end I get more relaxed.
When people were saying "You can do it. You go girl!" I feel the pressure. I can not lose. I am not allowed to fail. In my head I hate myself if I fail if others cheer me on.
I may have always been too hard on myself in some way. I'm starting to forgive myself. Starting to accept that failing is a part of life and that it's only natural to not success with everything. Learning this I have become stronger and more confident.
And it's all because David is by my side. I have never ever grown so much in such a short time, as this past year we have been together.
One year together on the 14th May. Time flies so fast. We will grow old together in no time if time continues to fly this fast.
I'm no good with words. But one thing I do know;
I have found my happiness.
BORING
I was feeling like updating the blog some. But now I don't feel like it anymore. It's like time stands still and NOTHING happens. I have no news.
Oh, I failed the driver's test a couple of months ago. I will just have to try again later when I have the money for it again.
Other than that my life is terribly boring right now. So there will prolly not be many updates until things starts rolling again.
B O R I N G. B O R E D. B L E E H
But everything is OK down here in south sweden, other than it being simply BORING.
2hours.
Gonna eat breakfast now!
Countdown!
I can't belive I have gotten this far! One month ago I could barely drive at all! And now I feel kinda confident when I'm driving. I hope it will all turn out OK and that I'll pass these last tests...
Please root for me! <3
Miss you!
I miss everyone. My family, my friends... I miss David alot. After Hannes and David left my apartment got really lonely. Lucky I have my hands full with studies!
As soon as I get the driver's license I will hopefully be more free and visit everyone more.
I have installed twitter in my Vista side bar, so I can see what everyone is up to. In some way I don't feel as lonely when I can see my sister's and brother's updates. Silly, isn't it?
Do you have twitter? Tell me your usernames so I can follow your days (read as stalk you).
My username is Mierine. (Kamira was already taken! How evil!)
REVENGE!
Today I spent the whole day at the Driver's School. I finnished one test and I'm one step closer to the license. Tomorrow will be a long day though with another test, 80minutes drive lesson and a theory lesson held by a teacher. So 9.30am-8.30pm tomorrow.
So from now on I can look forward to 80minutes drive lessons and 8hours of study at the Driver's School for 3-4weeks. I'm excited!
When I came home my neighbour had made dinner for me. That made me really happy because I was starving! My rat traps arrived today. Me and Benedicte loaded them with Euroshopper Chocolate and just half an hour later a loud BANG came from the cupboard. One dead already! Funny they like chocolate!
I hope they disappear from my life soon, they are disgusting. But when I saw it dead like that I can't help to think it is kinda cute in some way... I guess it is the poo part that are disgusting... shit in the frying pan. Eww. And they eat my food! NO ONE TOUCH MY FOOD!
MICE!
I'll just go and clean up. Have a nice day. I look forward to go to sleep.
Happy Halloween!
Friday night was celebrated with tacos, Sing Star and a game named Alias. It was kinda like a good bye party because on Saturday (yesterday) Hannes would go back home and live in Sunne again, David would go away on a movie set and film for 3weeks and I would begin my driver's license intensive course on Monday (tomorrow).
We ate good food, drank wine, ate cake and snacks. Played alot, had alot of fun and then we slept really well until the alarm clocks went off the next morning.
We followed Hannes to the train and said good bye. Some hours later a car came and picked David up and now I'm all alone again - for the first time since spring!
I'm just gonna take it easy today. Play some games and watch House MD.

Bye Bye Germany!
So sad. After alot of adventures like David's parents party, visiting a german church service, the visit to the Hartz mountains, strolling around Köthen town, bathing at the public bath house and meeting David's relatives it was finally time to return home to Sweden. I really didn't want to return home just yet. I would had loved to stay for a couple of more days. Time always fly by too fast! I wish I could time travel...
David's Parent's House in Germany.

Front door. I love how the house is like a terrace house filled with apartments like a four-storey's house. But still like a house. (Ok, I know I confused you now).

A part of the backyard. This is the backdoor, and behind the awesome camera man is a BIG garden. Sadly no picture of it yet... (Mmm, I loved the backyard.)
Monday's trip to the Harz Mountains
Monday morning we went on a short trip to the Harz mountains. We made some quick breaks on our way over there. We stopped by a field kitchen where we bought some lunch - Gulash. It was really tasty! We were searching for wild animal meat but we ran out of luck and never found the kitchen that we had heard about which was supposed to sell that. Anyway, all food tastes better when eaten out doors and in company!
The next and final stop on our road was Thale. In Thale we took the aerial ropeway to the top of one of the mountains. There was an old amusment park and animal park which we visited. It was so much fun!
Thale town was really pretty, alot of people gathered there to visit the mountains, stroll around and climbing the assault course. Next time I visit I would like to try climbing the assault course. But it sure looked hard - but fun! Too bad I didn't take a picture of it. It was really big though so a picture wouldn't be any good anyway I guess.
The view from the mountain top was awesome! I will post a better picture later. David made an panorama of the "Mountain Theater" that it was called. They even charged money for entering this special spot where the view were the greatest. Paying for the view sounded crazy, but we paid and ooooh how beautiful the view was! Definitely worth the money! Haha.
We took a stroll in a nature reserve at the foot of the mountain.
We strolled around and sat down at the river for awhile. We put our feets in the cold water to cool them down. Icy cold! David and his parents really enjoyed the icy water, though it was a bit too cold for me so I didn't splash around as much as they did. Shortly after that we arrived at a small café where we bought Cappuccino and a really tasty cake.
After we had eaten we walked a bit more and then turned back to the car. It was a refreshing day and I was all comfy and tired so I fell asleep in the car. Really good day! I'm really greatful that they showed such a wonderful place to me!
Sunny Sunday in Germany
This day started with waking up early.

Eating a big breakfast with alot of
different cheeses, jams and Germany's special sasuages that are really tasty and spicy! The usual coffé and toasts though. Mmm.
David's family are all Christians and after the breakfast we went to church. I haven't gone to church in years I think. It was okey but maybe a bit too much for me because the sunday service was really long.
After the church we went home again and ate lunch. After lunch me and David went for a walk. He showed me around in Köthen town which is famous for it's cow farmers. So all over Köthen are cow statues in different forms. I couldn't help but think of a friend of mine named
Jonathan who works as a cow farmer
in the US.
After awhile it got too hot so we went home again - and ate. (It feels like I eat all the time over here!)
After dinner we went to the Public Bath and swam around for a couple of hours. We also ate a really nice cake and drank great coffé at the Public Bath.

I found a really cute cow <3
This day couldn't get much better. David's siblings, Damaris and Tobias, went home. That was kinda sad, because I would had loved to hang out more with them.
Saturday's Birthday Party
David and his siblings had made special T-shirts for their parents as a memorial of this year's vacation in Sweden. They printed their faces in the front of the T-shirt and the Nordkap statue on the back of it. It was a really fun idea that David's younger brother came up with. Tobi also made a really cool calendar of the Sweden trip! I bought cloudberry preserve for them and wrapped up the gifts. Tobi wanted to wrap them up in newspaper, but I didn't want that. Haha.
The day was really awesome. We ate great food, great cakes, great cookies, I met great people and I just had a really great time!
Over the Rainbow

Adventure in Nimis!

The common cold
This is the reason why I haven't blogged in over one week. I have been caught with a terrible terrible cold! I promise, it has eaten me alive! It has ruined me this month!
It took all my money away + my voice! That's one hell of a cold! HATE IT!
Here are some things I have tried to get better. I don't know if they worked or not, but I feel better today anyway.
o Eaten Vitamin Pills
o Eaten Fruits
o Boiled hotwater with salt and inhaled it through the nose for 5minutes 3times each day
o Not smoked for around 1 week
o Went and bough medicine for the cough and nose
o Eaten honey for the throat
o Hot water with honey in it
o No coffee but alot of lemon tea instead
o Always warm clothes all the time
o Eaten properly each day for the first time ever
o Slept slept slept
David is the one that made me do the most of these things, he should had made me do it earlier! Haha. I started his "getting better cure" 2-3days ago. Seems like it worked kinda good on me anyway.
